Our Private Haunted Offerings

• Private Walking Tours for groups of any size. For teambuilding, date night, birthday parties, bachlorette/bachlor parties, or maybe just because it's Tuesday. A private walking tour with Haunts of Richmond can take you to haunted sites for an outing you won't forget. Choose from our Shadows of Shockoe, Church Hill Chillers, Haunted Capitol Hill, Phantoms of Franklin, Creepy Tales on Campus, and Specters & Shades of Court End tours. Private walking tours are $150 for up to six guests, and additional guests are $15 per person.
• Private Pub Crawls and Pub Hops for up to 20 guests. If you're looking for some adult spirits alongside your spooky tales, a pub crawl or pub hop might be for you! These tours are custom tailored upon request to best accommodate our guests' needs and the availability of our many pub and restaurant partners across Downtown Richmond. Pricing for these events vary depending on the number of guests and pub stops included on the tour.
• Private ghost story speaking engagements. Want us to come to you? We can offer on-site storytelling at your retirement community, convention, library or classroom. On-site storytelling sessions typically last up to 60 minutes, and pricing is dependent on the distance from our home base in Downtown Richmond.
• Step-on ghost tour guide services for bus trips. If you have a set of wheels and want us to hop on board with you, we can guide your group to many of Richmond's haunted distinations from the climate controlled comfort of your vehicle. Contact us for pricing.

All private events are subject to availability, and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage those interested in our services to contact us early so that we can lock in your engagement on our calendar. To arrange a private tour or engagement, please contact us. All reservations are subject to a deposit of $150 which is non-refundable within 7 days of the tour or event, except in cases where Haunts of Richmond needs to cancel for severe weather.
